  1. How do I place my order? To begin, select the material, shape, and size, then upload your photo. Please note: We recommend using JPEG files with a minimum resolution of 1400px for optimal printing quality. 

  2. How do I know it will look great? We utilize cutting-edge digital imaging and printing technology to ensure exceptional results. Your photos undergo HD printing on premium materials sourced globally, crafted with meticulous attention to detail. Our experts will notify you if the selected photo is unsuitable for printing. If needed, you can email us a new photo at storememoreez@gmail.com. Be sure to choose "ACTUAL SIZE" (if prompted) to ensure optimal printing quality.

  3. Can I print more than one photo on a block? Yes, however, you must provide us with a fully arranged photo collage with your preferred image configuration, or you can email us at storememoreez@gmail.com so we can create the grid for you.

  4. Can I add text to the block? Yes, you can add text to both the picture and the back of the block.

  5. How long does the printing process take? Once we receive your picture, and if no edits or fixes are required, the printing process typically takes 5-10 minutes. We then ship the finished product on the same day.

  6. ERROR: What do I do if I can’t upload my picture? Ensure the picture is in JPEG format and has a minimum resolution of 1400px. If the issue persists, refresh your browser and try again.

  7. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship to the U.S. only. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at storememoreez@gmail.com.

  8. How long will it take for my order to arrive after I have paid? Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

  9. Are payments secure? Yes, our checkout process is fully secured.

  10. What do you do with the pictures I upload? We solely use the uploaded files to produce the products you ordered. Your pictures remain your property.
